Privacy policy
Updated October 3, 2026
This policy applies to the Stopwatches app for iPhone and iPad.
Stopwatch data
Stopwatch names, colors, elapsed times, laps, comments, folders, and app settings are stored locally on your device. The app uses an Apple app group to share required data with its Siri and Shortcuts extension.
The developer does not receive the contents of your stopwatches unless you choose to export or send them.
Analytics and crash reports
The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics for product usage events, app configuration, and technical diagnostics. These services may process device and app information according to your consent and platform settings.
Analytics events do not intentionally include stopwatch names, lap comments, or exported files.
Ads and consent
The free version may use Google Mobile Ads. The app asks for applicable tracking and advertising consent through Apple and Google consent screens. You can review privacy options in the app settings.
Purchases and feedback
Apple processes in-app purchases and receipt validation. If you send feedback through the app, the text and technical fields you submit are transmitted to the developer's Firebase project.
Your choices
You can change tracking and advertising permissions in iOS Settings, manage privacy options inside the app, export your data, or delete local data and the app.
